A loft is a great addition to any playhouse. This model is the largest of our Alexandra collection and is perfect for any backyards. With its 6 ft. x 10 ft. footprint, this Little Alexandra Cottage feature a loft large enough for sleep over and a covered front porch to protect from the weather. A great playhouse kids can use all year. Very spacious, the interior walls are always painted white and the studs are rounded so they are smoother to touch and splinter free. The roof panels are already shingled for easy installation. Join and they are totally waterproof once installed. The shingles we use are graded "#2 perfection". They are very high quality shingles and will last 25-years or more. The covered front porch is perfect to protect from the heat. It will keep the house cooler during the hot summer days. This small roof is also perfect to protect against the rain. This playhouse with loft has plenty of space and really great features. It's the top of the line of our Alexandra's series. A quality playhouse that will be enjoyed for many years to come
